Jacques Soussana is nexo standards General Secretary since January 2019. He has been working in the payments ecosystem from more than 30 years. He previously worked for Oberthur Technologies (now IDEMIA) where he took several responsibilities in the R&D Department, then for Ingenico where he was responsible for W/W development and support applications and in charge of the first nexo standards point-of-interaction (POI) implementations before creating its own consulting company. As part of his current activities, Jacques  manages nexo standards’ day-to-day activities, preparing and running the Board of Directors and the General Assembly while still being involved in many nexo working groups and committees.

Ana is the EMEA Marketing and Communications Director at Castles Technology EMEA. 

She’s an experienced marketing and communications professional with expertise in digital marketing, lead generation and multicultural environments. Skilled in B2B and B2B2C communications, she has driven brand recognition in the Payment & Cards industry. 

Ana has an extensive background in Marketing Communications at VeriFone and Product Marketing at former Gemalto, now Thales. 

She’s got Executive Master's Degree in Marketing and Communications from ESCP Business School. 

Jean-Philippe Joliveau graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Ecole Centrale de Nantes in France in 1987 and completed a post-graduate diploma in Management from Institut d’Administration des Entreprises in Lyons in 1988. 

He began his career at Sema Group as a programmer analyst with long-term assignments first in Beijing, China and in 1990 in Milan, Italy. In 1995, he joined Fiditalia, a consumer credit company. 

In 1998, he moved to newly formed Sema Group Italy where he followed several projects in the card payment business. In 2004, the company was acquired by Atos Origin and Joliveau took the role of Business Consultant and Sales Support Manager to develop the card payment activity in Italy in synergy with Atos’s payment processing subsidiary Worldline. 

He joined SIA, now part of the Nexi Group, in 2008 and has since covered various roles in the project management and product development areas. In 2017, he began focusing on Instant Payments and the PSD2 and in particular convergence opportunities with the card payment business. 

He is also Nexi’s representative to European Payment Industry Associations and sits on the boards of nexo, also acting as chairman of the board of directors and treasurer, the Berlin Group and the European Payments Stakeholders Group, also acting as vice-chairman.

Appointed Chairman of the IFSF board since 2020 & Chairman of the general assembly nexo standards since 2022, François has over 31 years’ experience in the Energy Marketing business and payment ecosystem with TotalEnergies. Since 2010, he has been focusing on Payment Acceptance activities for European Networks, factoring in all parties involved in payment. Since January 2017, in his new position as Electronic Funds Transfer Business Process Owner for TotalEnergies, he has responsibilities for all the retail networks of the Company.

European expert in payments and innovative financial services, Andréa Toucinho is Director of studies, prospective and training of Partelya Consulting and Country Ambassador for France of European Women Payments Network (EWPN). She has an experience of 15 years in payments and started her activity in 2008 as journalist - editor in chief of "Point Banque" magazine and head of "PayForum" and "Banque et Innovation" events. Since 2018, Andréa Toucinho works in consulting area as an analyst. She published four white papers about payments and is one of the co-authors of The PAYtech Book published in 2020 by Wiley. She is also a regular speaker in diverse professional events dedicated to finance and payments (MPE Berlin, Africa Pay ID Expo...) and she organizes conferences and trainings about payments. 

CTO and Vice President of NOVELPAY, responsible for strategic relationships with key clients. An engineer, developer, and hands-on practitioner, he is a FinTech expert engaged in innovative projects and the advancement of cashless payments based on payment terminals. He oversees complex projects for clients across Poland and Europe and works with the nexo organization to develop the standard and support its implementation throughout Europe. Currently Greg is also leading the nexo Technical Steering Committee. 

Arnaud Crouzet is Vice President Business Consulting at Consult Hyperion, part of the Fime Group, specializing in digital payments, smart mobility and digital identity. He supports banks, merchants, fintechs, and payment schemes in enhancing customer experience, reducing fraud, and navigating evolving regulations.

With extensive experience across retail, banking, and payments technology, Arnaud has held key positions at Auchan Retail Group (as Global Head of Payments), American Express, and Ingenico, giving him a 360° perspective on the payment ecosystem from strategy to deployment.

He actively contributes to shaping the future of payments through leadership roles in industry bodies, serving as President of EESTEL (European Experts in Digital Transactions), Board Member and European Ambassador of nexo standards, and as a contributor to the France Payments Forum and the European Payments Stakeholders Group.

Joanna is a global fintech leader specializing in the implementation and delivery of enterprise financial technology. Currently based in Barcelona, she manages the global post-sales and implementation organization for Kantox by BNP Paribas, a leader in FX management and cross-border payments. In this role, she ensures that complex integrations and interoperable payment solutions translate directly into long-term customer value.

Her background spans scaling cross-functional teams in high-growth fintech environments, alongside a proven track record of leading operational transformations within global investment banking and hedge funds.

Janusz Diemko is a seasoned payments executive and fintech innovator with over 28 years of experience scaling businesses across the EMEA region. Throughout his career, he has held prominent C-level roles, including CEO of Euronet Poland,CEO First Data Poland (POLCARD) and CEO of CRE Polskie ePłatności S.A.. As a visionary entrepreneur, he also founded Xelo Pay, a PSD2-based open banking solution.

A highly respected voice in the European payments landscape, Janusz has previously served as a judge for the MPE Awards and Fintech Futures Banktech / PayTech./ Open Bank Expo. He is a frequent speaker and panel moderator at major industry events, including MoneyLIVE 2025, MPE, and Open Banking Expo. His regulatory expertise includes serving as Chairman of the Acquirers Committee at the Association of Polish Banks and as a member of the Payment System Council at the National Bank of Poland.

He is an active angel investor, mentor and consultant. Born in England, he holds a degree from University College London , is a UK Chartered Accountant (ACA), and recently completed a Post Graduate Course in M&A at Columbia Business School.
